About this item

A BEDTIME ROUTINE WITHOUT MELATONIN For families stepping back from a nightly melatonin habit, or who never wanted to start one.

Magnesium citrate with chamomile and passion flower supports calm and relaxation at the end of the day.

No melatonin in the bottle.

A DROPPER, NOT A GUMMY OR A PILL A liquid with a marked dropper, so the dose is something you measure rather than guess.

Goes straight in or stirs into water, juice or a smoothie.

For the child who has already refused a chewable or a tablet.

CITRATE IS THE FORM, STATED PLAINLY Magnesium citrate, named on the front rather than hidden behind a blend name.

Read the Supplement Facts panel in the product images for the exact amount per dropper and the servings per bottle.

CHAMOMILE AND PASSION FLOWER Two herbs with a long traditional use in evening routines, blended into the magnesium rather than sold as a separate bottle.

One dropper covers all three, so bedtime stays one step instead of three.

30 SERVINGS, AGES 3 AND UP Sugar-free, with no gluten.

Check the Supplement Facts panel on the label for the full ingredient list, and if your child is under the care of a doctor, check with them before starting.
